Terms & Cancellation Policy

1) 24-Hour Notice (Cancel/Reschedule)
Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Example: If you're booked Thu 10:00, cancel no later than Wed 10:00.
Cancel via your booking link or message us; the time counts when we receive it.

2) Late Cancellations ( Less then 24h)
Charged 50% of the service price.

3) No-Shows (Did not attend, no notice)
Charged 100% of the service price.
Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment.

4) Late Arrival
If you're 15+ minutes late, we may shorten, reschedule, or cancel your slot; a fee may apply.
If canceled due to lateness, it's treated as a late cancellation.

5) 72-Hour Guarantee (Adjustments/Fixes)
If something feels off, contact us within 72 hours. We'll assess and offer a complimentary adjustment when eligible.
Eligibility: you reached out within 72h, followed aftercare, and no other tech has altered the work.
Covers adjustments, not refunds; different styles/services may be charged.

6) Fees & Payment (MobilePay)
                      Late-cancellation/no-show fees and required deposits must be paid via MobilePay.Fees must be settled                                                                                          before making a new booking.                                                                               Unpaid fees block new bookings. If you don't use MobilePay, request a card-payment link.

7) Changes & Contact
By booking, you agree to these terms. Policies may be updated; the latest version on our site applies.
